Colonial Villa Clubhouse

2009 E 121st St, Burnsville

Colonial Villa Clubhouse opened in May of 2020. This building was an addition to the Colonial Villa Apartment complex. The clubhouse houses Colonial Villa’s leasing office, fitness room, club room complete with fireplace & kitchen, grilling patio and bocce ball court. 

The clubhouse is owned and managed by IRET, built by Yellow Tree and designed by BDH.
