Wakpada Apartments opened in July of 2022. This 6-story, 126-unit building includes co-working spaces, work-from-home rooms, gaming lounge, community room, roof deck, fitness center with yoga studio, covered parking and indoor bike storage. There is also an on-site gallery, public art plaza featuring sidewalk stamp art, and a public sculpture by a well-known Dakota artist. Units range from studio to 2-bedroom. 

This 109,905 square-foot, mixed-use property is located on a small urban site, with 2 levels of parking and over 4,000 square-feet of retail space.
