Nox Apartments opened in March of 2021. This 4-story, 85-unit apartment building includes 2 community rooms, roof deck, fitness center, pet-washing station, covered parking, and indoor bike storage. Units range from studios to 2-bedroom apartments, including micro 1 & 2 bedrooms.

This 77,460 SF, residential building was constructed on a small half acre urban site, with 1 level of underground parking.
