OUR DESIGN-BUILD PROCESS:

PLANNING
Through discussions about your business, budget, and current and future facility needs, we’ll start to define the scope for your project.
2.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN
We’ll bring the team together to develop a conceptual design of your new space, taking into account aesthetics, function of the space, constructability, and cost.
3.
DETAILED DESIGN
Detailed design drawings and schematics are created, project is bid out to subcontractors, and both schedule and guaranteed maximum price (GMP) are set.
4.
CONSTRUCTION
After all that planning, the construction process runs like a well-oiled machine. We monitor the construction schedule and supervise the work as it is completed.
5.
POST-CONSTRUCTION
We’ll give you all the knowledge you need to maintain your new space, including hands-on training and documentation regarding building systems and materials.
