29 Bryant Apartments opened in July of 2020. The 6-story, 91 unit building includes a bike lounge complete with fixit stations, community room, roof deck, second level patio with community garden, fitness center, heated parking, indoor bike storage and pet wash. Units range from studio to 2-bedrooms.

The 17,600 square foot, residential building is located on a very tight urban site, with two levels of underground parking.
