Alexander Apartments opened in the July of 2021. This 4-story, 77-unit apartment building includes work-from-home spaces, community room, roof deck, fitness center, covered parking, and indoor bike storage. Units range from studios to 2-bedroom apartments, including micro 1 & 2 bedrooms.

This 53,476 square-foot, residential building was constructed on a small half acre urban site, with 1 level of indoor parking.
