Colonial Villa Clubhouse

Located just off Highway 13 & Cliff Road in Burnsville, the Colonial Villa Clubhouse is a highly anticipated addition to the Colonial Villa Apartments. The clubhouse opened in May of 2020, and houses Colonial Villa’s leasing office, fitness room, and club room – complete with fireplace and kitchen, along with a grilling patio and bocce ball court. The clubhouse is owned and managed by IRET, built by Yellow Tree and designed by BDH + Young.
