The JAX apartments

2333 Jackson St NE, Minneapolis

JAX Apartments opened in August of 2019. This 4-story, 65-unit building includes a community room, roof deck, fitness center, indoor bike storage, heated parking and a working art studio complete with kiln & pottery wheel. Units range from studios to 2-bedroom apartments. 

The 52,391 square-foot, residential building is located on a small urban site in Northeast Minneapolis, with 1 level of indoor parking. This building also has a Blue-Green Roof system, which combines the traditional benefits of a Green roof with Blue roof technology that actively manages the flow of rain water.

Yellow Tree was the general contractor and developer for this project.
