Nico East Apartments opened in June of 2019. This 6-story, 147-unit building includes 2 community rooms, a roof deck, fitness center, dog washing station, heated parking and indoor bike storage. Units range in size from studios to 2-bedrooms. 

This 132,458 square-foot, mixed-used building was developed on a small urban site, with 2 levels of residential parking and 1 public parking lot for the five retail spaces on the ground level.
