The whit apartments

The Whit Apartments opened in September of 2018. This 5-story, 74-unit building includes work from home spaces, a community room, roof deck, second-level patio, fitness center, heated parking and indoor bike storage. Units range from 350-square-foot micro-studios to 1,000-square-foot 2-bedroom apartments.

The 73,403 square-foot, residential building is located on a small urban site, with two levels of underground parking. Yellow Tree was the general contractor and developer for this project.
