Volo at Texa Tonka opened in September of 2022. This 4-story building has 100 apartment units and 11 townhomes. Amenitys include work-from-home spaces, conference room, community room, roof deck, fitness center, indoor parking, indoor bike storage and electric car charging stations. Apartments range in size from studio to 2-bedrooms.

This 102,029 square-foot, residential buidling was constructed on a small urban site, with 2 levels of parking.
